Sometimes we pick up habits along the way that were good in the moment or got us a shortcut to our goal, and we did not stop doing them, when we met the goal.

I have several techniques to break your habits, at an unconscious level, and bring you the freedom or making new choices. This sets you up for creating a different future, one that you create.

Values Based Coaching

My coaching is a candid look at one area of your life, where you look at how you show up, interact with people, and hear the internal thoughts you tell yourself and believe.

Then you get to choose if those thoughts and habits empower you or hold you back and we release what no longer serves you.

Next, we create goals to promote what you value and create a vision of who you want to be.

With weekly calls, I hold you accountable for the actions you need to take and over time, you learn what success is in moving towards goals.

The days of making choices to minimize pain are behind you and you are able to take this process and try it out in other areas of life.

Coaching is a minimum of four to six months per area of life and maybe client choose to do more than one area of life, once the see the exponential changes in their lives and those closest to them.
